3 04 2009

Hello, penguins!

I’m really sorry for the late post or should I say the really late post. There are a lot of new things here, and I’ve missed them all with a busy schedule, and my pictures weren’t working again, so I got really mad and took a break for a while. So, for a few posts, I will not use any pictures, and I’m really sorry for that. I know that a picture can tell a thousand words, but for about a week or few, you’ll just have to hear hundreds. Ok, I guess I’ll start now.

1 The Penguin Play Awards came out about two weeks ago, and you can vote for who you think is best in costumes, best overall play, music, effects, and sets. I hope the Squizoid play gets best overall! You can meet famous penguins Backstage, and I’ve met Aunt Arctic and Cadence!

2 There are also some cheats in the catalog. Here they are!

On the first page, click on the big trophy for the Penguin Awards background!

On the Penguins that Time Forgot page, click on the grass hat on the P in Penguins. You will get the Time Hat.

On the Squizoid page, click on the vs to get the Squizoid Costume.

Oh, and there is the Penguin Play Awards Trophy as a free item in the Backstage. The non-members can now go to the Stage, but not Backstage.

3 Also, there is a new pin, and it is the Top Hat pin. You can find it at the Lodge Attic.

4 There is a new Ninja catalog, and you can buy new stuff at the ninja hideout. You can now buy the White Gi or the Tea Table…. I think they could have made more items than that!

5 Also, there is a new font on Club Penguin! I think it is much better than the old one, because it was kinda boring….

6 There is also a badge update. You know that special badge that you get if you are a member? Well, there is five different levels. The longer you have been a member, the higher your level is. You can tell which level you are on by looking underneath your badge for ribbon-like things.

7 OK, there is a new Snow and Sports Catalog on Club Penguin, and here are the cheats.

Click on the green baseball penguin on page four to get the green baseball hat and the green baseball uniform.

Click on the pitchers mound to get the red baseball cap.

8 The April Fools Day Party is out, and here are the cheats….

If you go inside the Mine, then there is a box of Blue Propellers. Go over to them to pick one up.

There are portals that take you to differant places around Club Penguin all over the island. Walk over them, and they will take you to different places.

Go to the Box Store and buy a portal, then put it in your house. Walk over it, and you will go into a secret member room! It is like a Box Deminsion.

All right! That’s finally it! Come back for more Club Penguin Cheats!

Penguin Play Awards Update

17 03 2009

Hello, penguins!

Billybob has released a post about an update of the Penguin Play Awards! Here is the post…

As the St. Patrick’s Day Party wraps up, a lot of you are helping with construction around the Stage. This Friday, the first Penguin Play Awards will begin, and you’ll be able to dress up, walk the red carpet, and vote for your favorite stage plays in different categories! The team’s looked at the website poll results and your comments, and we’ve got a list of the Club Penguin community’s 5 favorite plays. Which plays do you think made the top 5?

Members will have access to the inside of the Stage, where there will be a few extra surprises.

The Penguin Play Awards go from March 20 – April 9, and I don’t want to give everything away yet, but the team’s really excited because this event is mostly about giving you the chance to be creative with all the special things you’ll find in and around the Stage.

Ok, that sounds really cool! I can’t wait!

Well, that’s it! Come back for more Club Penguin Cheats!

Ok, go to the Coffee Shop to get the Shammrock Hat!

Their is a special room for the members in the Forest. When you go inside, their is a free accordian item! Take a look!

Make-up Post

13 03 2009

Hello, penguins!

I have missed a lot of posts because of my picture uploading problem, so I have decided to just make up the posts with the posts given on the What’s New section on the Club Penguin website. So, here are some small make-up posts.

Ok, I’ll start with the white puffles being released about a week ago.

When you dance with it, it starts snowing only above its head.

When you feed it a cookie, it slices it in half, and then eats it half-by-half.

When you bathe it, it freezes the water, and then breaks it.

When you give it gum, it blows a bubble and then pops it.

When you play with it at pretty high health, it skis.

When you play with it at full or near full health, it ice skates.

That’s about it, and here is a picture provided.

I named my white puffle SnowCow. What did you name yours?

Second, here is the post on the St. Patricks Day party.

Starting Friday, the tradition of the Club Penguin St. Patrick’s Day Party continues! We hope you’ll join in the green celebrations this weekend!!

st patty.jpg

There will be lots of surprises and things to do all over the island, including the end of rainbow to find. Members will even be able to visit a Leprechaun House to join a big party! How are you and your friends planning to get into the spirit of green for the party?

Ok, the third thing on the list is the Club Penguin Elite Force being sold in the UK! It is going to be sold in stores in the UK this Friday- so at least I made the dedline for this update!

The stores that this game is going to be sold in include GAME; Argos; ASDA; Toys”R”Us; HMV. You can also check in the store section of Disneystore.co.uk to order it on Friday!

Finally, the last update is about the Snow Sculptures that will be coming to Club Penguin. Here are the two posts that are about the upcoming snow sculptures.

1.-Calling all artists! Remember how Gary left all that snow in the Lodge Attic? It’s going to be put to good use. We’re so excited to tell you that starting March 20 you’ll see some snow sculptures – sculptures inspired by art that you send in! Each week for 3 weeks, snow artists will create 5 new snow sculptures that’ll be displayed in spots all over the island. In total, 15 lucky winners will have their sculptures and penguin names showcased, and they’ll also receive 10,000 coins! To enter, send your creative, unique art to sculptures@clubpenguin.com. Make sure there are no words in your drawings!

Here are some past winners:

There’s tons of excited chatter about the Snow Sculpture Submissions and lots of you are sending in amazing art! With all the buzz, I thought you might want the inside scoop from the talented pair of snow sculpture artists.

What do you look for in all the submissions you get? A great submission is fun, imaginative and makes us smile! But there are so many talented and creative artists playing Club Penguin that they’re all making us smile!

Tell us about making sculptures from a drawing. Is it very difficult? The artist who drew it did the difficult stuff. We get to do the fun part. First we transfer the original drawing onto our computer and create a black and white version so that it kinda looks like a coloring book picture. Then we take it and make it look like it’s made of ice.

If you added flavored syrup to the snow sculptures, would it make them into beautiful, yummy snow cones? Indeed it would! However, you might unintentionally upset the poor artist whose masterpiece would be inside of your belly… 🙂

Well, that’s it for the make-up posts! Come back for more Club Penguin cheats!

Hello, penguins!

I’m sooooooooo sorry about the late post on the Penguin Style catalog and the white puffles. I was gone over the weekend, and I’ve been trying to post since then. But, my pictures won’t upload. Whenever I try to put my picture into the post, the pop-up that uploads your picture stays blank and doesn’t go away. Whenever you close the pop-up or try clicking away from it, the picture hasn’t been put into the post. I’ve tried three different posts, and three different pictures for some of them, but it still won’t work! I’m REALLY frustrated, and please leave a comment on how to fix this problem. Thanks for listening,
